Veal breast with white sauce

Ingredients
800 g of meat from beef brisket
60 g butter
50 g flour
150 g mushrooms
6 small onions
link herbs (thyme, parsley and bay leaf tied with white thread )
salt
pepper
Method
Veal breast pour boiling salted water and let stand 20 minutes. Remove and leave to drain. Make a light roux from the butter and flour, add water and wait to boil. Add meat, onion, salt and pepper, link herbs and boil. After about one hour, add the mushrooms, cut into pieces and continue cooking. Remove link herbs, meat is arranged in bowls and pour the sauce. For meat may be placed croutons fried in butter.
