Veal kidneys with tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 kg beef kidneys
2 onions
125 g butter
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
1 tbsp (10 g) tomato paste
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
1/2 bunch parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Kidneys are steamed and then rinse with cold water. Cut into strips, sprinkle with pepper and let stand 1 hour. Chopped onion stew in the butter. Pour kidneys, rolled in flour and sauté with the lid on. By pozaparzhat, add the wine, tomato paste, dissolved in a glass of water and add salt. Dovaryava on low heat. Serve sprinkled with parsley.

I used pork bebretsi and was very tasty. A and easy.

I did not have wine, but get better.

can be made with red wine. Add and 1 bay leaf.
