Ingredients
600 g veal
2 onions
5 cloves garlic
5 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cup water
600 g spinach
1 bay leaf
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tbsp flour
3-4 tbsp canned tomatoes
1 carrot
3-4 Allspice
parsley optional

Method
The beef is cut into medium-sized pieces, pour and the water is boiled, promptly put the finely chopped onion and carrot and spices. Spinach is cut and then put the meat is semi-finished. Spinach take 30 minutes. At the end of cooking, the meat is ready to put the tomatoes and fuzzy flour with a little water. Finally optional can add finely chopped parsley.
