Vegan sesame-peanut ice cream

Ingredients
400 ml coconut milk
400 ml coconut cream
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup peanut butter or finely ground peanuts
1/4 cup honey or raw cane sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon - optional
pinch of salt

Method
Into a suitable container warm coconut milk and cream, but many do not overheat the mixture. Suffice it to mix well. Add all other products and shake well. Try and if needed add honey or sugar. If you have ice cream maker pour the mixture into it and follow the instructions on the machine. If you do not have such a machine pour the mixture into a suitable container and place in freezer. To obtain a cream with a good texture it is necessary to stir with a mixer several times every 2 hours. Remove the ice cream from the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving. Serve alone or sprinkled with crushed peanuts.
