Ingredients
350 g canned corn
150 g cornmeal
150 g Cheddar cheese
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
chilli
60 g cream
2 tbsp boiling water
# For the filling:
1 parsley (dill, spinach)
2-3 tbsp sour cream
salt
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Strained corn and digest it. Grate the feta cheese grater in large pieces. Confuse them with the flour, baking soda and pepper. Add cream and boiling water and stir well. Put the egg and a little salt and mix again. For the filling: Cut zelenisha, mix with the cream and add salt. From the shape dough buns with the thickness of a thumb and fry them on both sides until browned. After them out, cut longitudinally, as you can put the filling.
