Walnut cream with orange or chocolate sauce

Ingredients
250 ml milk
100 g sugar
butter
rind of 1 orange
25 g starch
2 yolks
10 g gelatin
300 ml sour cream
200 g roasted and chopped chopped walnuts
# For the orange sauce:
the juice of 1 orange
50 g sugar
5 g starch
cinnamon optional
# For the chocolate sauce:
100 g chocolate
20 g butter
150 ml milk
20-30 g sugar
Method
Milk, sugar and the walnuts put to boil. After boil optional can be removed the walnuts. Add the beaten egg yolks with starch in a thin stream. When thickened subtract, add the butter and allowed to cool slightly. During this time the cream was stirred, and thereto is added poizstinalata mixture. Then, the dissolved gelatin and orange peel. Pour into molds or small bowls. When it tightens be deducted in an appropriate dish and pour the melted chocolate, chocolate sauce or orange sauce. Orange sauce: orange juice mixed with sugar and starch and thicken on medium heat. Chocolate sauce: Milk and sugar are added to boil, add the butter and finally the grated chocolate.

I forgot to write a piece of the removed nuts are placed on the plate and on them is removed the cream and then the bay.

Very nice pudding.
