White chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce

Ingredients
# For the sauce:
250-300 g raspberries
1/2 cup raspberry syrup
lemon juice 1/2
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp starch
1 tbsp rum
# For the mousse:
1 tsp gelatine
1/4 cup water
150 g white chocolate
1 1/2 - 2 cups cream

Method
Mix frozen raspberries (leaving a few for decoration), raspberry syrup and lemon juice and Strain. Strain into a strainer, as are compressed by the opposite side of the spoon. Add sugar, starch, dissolved in water and liqueur and put on not very strong cooker to thicken. Gelatin is dissolved in the water. Insert the milk on the stove and when starts to boil but not quite boiling put the chocolate and remove from fire. Stir until chocolate is melted. Gelatin is melted in a water bath, allowed to cool slightly and added to the chocolate mixture. Put it in a cool and during that time Shake cream. When ready add the chocolate mixture. At high proper stemware, lining raspberry sauce and chocolate mousse, as the top layer of mousse. Decorate with raspberries forsaken.
