Ingredients
          4 chicken shoulder (upper leg with a portion of white meat)
          4 peppers (2 green and 2 red)
          100 ml cream
          1 tbsp flour
          100 ml milk
          sunflower oil
          salt, pepper, paprika, oregano

          Method
              Meat fry on all sides in plenty of sunflower oil and transfer to a tray. Peppers cut into small pieces and fry in the same oil, add to meat. In the same fat (if much, pour half) fry the flour and pour the cream and milk. Stir until it becomes a thick sauce. Put them spices. Pour into the pan with the meat and put in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 C. Once the meat is ready, grate cheese on top and bake just above.
