For the dough used 1 whole egg, a egg white, a pinch of Himalayan salt, wholemeal spelled eye - kneaded well. Then add ground almost powder oatmeal. Knead well, cover with a cloth and leave in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Can you say at least approximate quantities of flour and oats - so one eye and the other double is quite unclear. With flour the dough and then add the milled oats, if I understand correctly - you managed to take oats in this case and it is not too dry? Furthermore, how much pizza (diameter) is obtained roughly?
