Zander fillet with white sauce

Ingredients
about 260-300 g fillet of zander
1 tbsp butter
1 cup white wine
cream butter
butter
dill, salt and pepper
juice of 1/2 lemon
# For garnish:
2-3 potatoes (preferably baby potatoes)
2-3 carrots
1 zucchini

Method
Good Buy fish pieces or cut into portions. In a saucepan put strainer for steaming, 1 cup water and pieces of fish after boil water. Boil steam about 20 minutes. Optional taste in the water can be placed a little rosemary or 3-4 allspice berries. In preparing the sauce pan - heat the butter, white wine, cream, stir well and add salt and pepper. Stir gently to thicken for about 5-8 minutes on medium stove. Optional add juice of 1/2 lemon. Vegetables are cleaned well and whole or in chunks cook also steam. In the portion placed first vegetables in the middle of the fish, pour the sauce and sprinkle with chopped dill.

The recipe is very nice. Bravo!

cooked recipe - was very tasty! The only thing I added I was three clove of garlic to the sauce, which gave it a nice flavor and perfectly complement the fragrance of lemon and lightest hint of white wine ... Great gostronomicheska yummy! Thanks :)
