Zucchini in Lyons

Ingredients
4 courgettes
200 g butter
1 bunch parsley
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato juice
middle of one slice of bread
200 g minced meat
1 tsp salt
pinch nutmeg
1 slice crushed Rusk

Method
Courgettes are cut in half lengthwise and carefully carve a small spoon. At 100 g heated butter fry the finely carved cut inside from courgettes, garlic nadrebneni chopped, tomato juice and minced meat. Add salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Mix thoroughly and allow to fry for 10 minutes. Parsley cut into very small pieces and sprinkle on roux, then withdrew. Courgettes are filled with the prepared filling and then sprinkle with crushed biscuits and pour 100 g of melted butter. Arranged in a baking pan and put in preheated oven at 200 C for 10-20 minutes to bake. Serve cold.

I prepared the dish. Was very tasty. The recipe is not written correctly. I guess the middle of one slice of bread is to add finally removed after the filling of fire-to-seal it is not water, so at least I did and also meadows courgettes with oil after I arrange them in baking pan. Peko them 30 minutes.
