Ingredients
4 small zucchini (470 g)
4 small tomatoes (365 g)
100 g cow feta cheese
60 ml olive oil
30 g butter
1 tbsp flour
salt
Method
Courgettes cut slices, add salt and rolled in flour, fried in olive oil. Then line up in an oiled dish, alternating with slices of tomatoes and pieces of feta cheese. Sprinkle top with melted butter and baked in the oven.
