Stewed chicken with garlic

Ingredients
1 (800 g) chicken
1/4 cup (50 ml) vegetable oil
2 heads (100 g) onion
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
5-6 peppercorns
10 cloves of garlic
6 (500 g) tomatoes
1/4 cup (50 ml) red wine
salt
Method
In fat stew until golden coloring chopped onion, then add the flour and stew and chopped tomatoes and garlic cloves. The mixture is sprinkled with red and black pepper, add salt and mix well. Chicken cut into pieces, add salt, place in a saucepan, cover with stewed products, pour 1 cup hot water and wine and boil on low heat until soft.
