Ingredients
500 g gizzards
500 g mushrooms
sunflower oil
pepper
savory
pikantina or spices of your choice
salt
200 g cheese
Method
Gizzards are cooked and cut into small pieces. Mushrooms, cleaned and chopped, fried in fat. Mix with gizzards and all spices. Pour into pan and baked. When you are ready, grate cheese on top and leave the tray in the oven off.
