Caesar salad with bacon

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
pinch of salt
1 tsp (5 g) pepper
50 g feta cheese Parmesan
3 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
3 drops Worcestershire sauce
1 yolk
50 g bacon
1 lettuce salad
Method
Rub with garlic mash. Salt, pepper, some grated feta cheese, olive oil, vinegar, egg yolk and finely chopped bacon are mixed and stirred in the salad. Just before serving add and chopped lettuce. All stir and garnish with grated Parmesan.

Comments

Yes, fry the bacon until crispy, but an egg boiled for one minute and the oil does a better job of mayonnaise. Tastier it.
