Ingredients
1 kg chicken gizzards
100 g cornmeal or bread crumbs
2-3 eggs
100 g cheese
thyme
basil
sunflower oil

Method
Chicken gizzards are cooked in salted water. The cornmeal or bread crumbs mixed with a pinch of thyme and basil. Eggs beat with 1-2 tbsp water and mix with grated cheese. Cooked chicken gizzards are rolled in flour, dip in egg with cheese and fry in hot fat. Serve with garnish optional and soy sauce.
