Dessert of nuts and honey

Ingredients
1 kg copper
650 g sugar
10 coriander seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
500 g roasted almonds
200 g walnuts
200 g hazelnuts
200 g pine nuts

Method
At 1 kg molten copper is added 650 g of sugar, 10 grains coriander, 1 tsp cinnamon roasted almonds 500 g, 200 g walnuts, hazelnuts 200 g, 200 g of cedar nuts (like half the quantity of each type of nut is ground in large pieces, and the other half purposes), stir well, leave to cool. Pour into buttered pan, cover with household foil and allow to stand for 1 week before being consumed.
