Meatballs stuffed under bechamel sauce

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 onion
1 slice white bread
1 egg
salt, cumin, black pepper
# For the filling:
100 g cheese
2 eggs
salt, black pepper
# For the sauce:
3 tbsp flour
4 tbsp butter
400 ml milk
50 g processed cheese
salt, nutmeg to taste

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with onions, bread and spices. For the filling cheese grated and mixed with eggs and spices. Prepare bechamel sauce, finally add processed cheese, to melt. Of minced meat into small balls, which are made of tortillas in the middle put the filling took shape meatballs. In a greased baking dish rank and pour the sauce. Bake at 180 C for 25-30 minutes.
