Mushroom soup with cream

Ingredients
300-400 g mushrooms
1 carrot
1 onion
2 potatoes
2 bouillon cubes
dill
1 tbsp flour
300 g of sour cream

Method
Luke stew. Add the flour and about 2 liters of water with dissolved in the broth. Then cut very finely mushrooms, carrots and potatoes and planed together with the spices are put to the soup. Boil for about 40 minutes, then remove from heat and add the cream.

mushroom broth what are you?

Well, not necessarily mushroom. May be vegetable or chicken with vegetables. I use chicken with vegetables.

Ideal supichka, I would add a little spice only!

We like - only that I put less water.
