Donuts stuffed with

Ingredients
250 ml milk
35 g yeast
4 eggs
pinch of salt
100 g sugar
600-700 g flour
sunflower oil for frying
1-3 cup cream of your choice

Method
Of the products is kneaded soft dough that rises about 1 hour - double its volume. Then with oiled hands make balls the size of your choice. Arrange on a lightly floured surface and rise for another 20 minutes. Fry in deep pan with sunflower oil over medium heat and to not remain raw inside. Remove and arrange on a towel to absorb excess fat. When cool using a pastry syringe with a long nozzle, filled with cream of your choice. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or smear over with a little cream.

Many are also delicious with strawberry jam, chocolate and can, in Israel they say sufganiot, and are prepared especially for feast *Hanukkah*
