Method
Peppers cleaned of seeds, baked, placed close to the jars, add salt 1 tsp salt jars of 800 g and sealed. Boil 30 minutes.

I make them so: roast them still hot and put them in a jar, and put two aspirin. Do not brew. So are my winter as freshly baked. Many are delicious.

avoid the use of aspirin or salicyl in the preparation of cans. Therefore prepare them in this manner. I have tried and hot to put them in warmed jars, but sometimes blistering and so, to be sure, already do them that way. I assure you, the taste is great. I use them for a batter, mash-up, salad, fill them with cheese and eggs, etc. in the winter.

Yes you're right but my grandmother made them so so so I do them like her. But this fall and will try your option.

I do them in the following way: roast them and when cool put them in bags in the freezer. When thawed as are just cooked. :)

Fanny, your way is easy and healthy, but that no freezer, like me, use this recipe.

I do them as desislava76, never my decay and their taste is just as baked :)
