Ingredients
2 peaches
60 ml balsamic vinegar
5 tbsp honey
1 cup feta cheese mascarpone
Method
Peaches are divided into halves, the stone was removed and put down on the BBQ. Bake until soft - 5-10 minutes. Balsamic vinegar is heated, add 3 tbsp honey and boil until thickened (5-10 minutes). Mascarpone to add 2 tbsp honey and gently stir. Peaches are served filled with mascarpone and topped with balsamic sauce.
