Stuffed potatoes with minced meat

Ingredients
1,2 kg large potatoes
400 g minced meat
1/4 cup (50 g) rice
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
2-3 sprigs savory
2-3 sprigs of mint
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
3-4 (200 g) red tomatoes
salt
Method
In fat stew chopped onion, then add the rice, meat, red pepper and chopped mint and savory. Add salt mixture and stir, then fill it with the peeled, washed and carved potatoes. Arrange in a baking dish with the slit is covered with a slice of tomato, and are flooded with water. Bake in a moderately hot oven until browned.

Potatoes fill them with a mixture of stuffed peppers. Becomes great. My husband loves them.
