Method
Cut the meat into cubes, onion strips, garlic passaged, wash the rice, zucchini cut into cubes. The peppers are gutted. In a pan heat the olive oil. Fry the meat until golden, put it much salt and pepper. Put rice and pazhi another 3-4 minutes. Add tomato paste, onions, half the garlic, zucchini. Pour about 300 ml water and stew for 10 minutes. The peppers are filled with the filling and arrange in pan on two lines. Broth was dissolved in water, about 1.5 liters, and pour the pod. Season with more pepper. Boil about 40 minutes. At the end of cooking to take 2 big ladle of broth and allow to cool. It blurs the flour. The peppers are removed from the broth and put in a warm place. The sauce is thickened with flour mixture. Allow to boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cream clad and remaining garlic, seasoned with more salt if needed. Peppers return to the sauce. When serving sprinkle with parsley. * Can also be used meat already prepared chicken - boiled or roasted. Then prepare the filling starts with fried rice and meat is finally put together with onions and zucchini. * If the peppers are green zucchini can instead be put tomatoes into cubes.
