Feta cheese from rhodopean

Ingredients
200 g feta cheese
1 tomato
apple 1
1 egg
sunflower oil
salt, paprika

Method
In a pan pour a little sunflower oil. Top line up next to each other 4 slices of tomato. Place a plate feta cheese, on her one circle apple (thickness 1-1.5sm. With a hole in the middle) and the top hole in the apple clicks egg. Replace lid and stew about 10 minutes (until ready egg). Serve hot, sprinkled with paprika.

sounds tempting! Is sheep cheese! Not that there are no cows in the Rhodope Mountains, but I, I hear Rhodope Mountains and perversity can think :)

If you like more sheep ... I know it with cow :)
