Green balls

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
100 g butter
150 g cheese
400 g yogurt
paprika, black pepper, salt
Method
Cleaned and chopped spinach, infused in salted water, drain and stew in part of the butter. Season with pepper and salt. Of the mixture with a spoon shaped balls are placed in a greased baking dish with butter. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pour a roux of butter and rest a little paprika. Bake in the oven and served with yogurt.

I really wonder how this will stand spinach balls in baking ?!

Balls is too strong a word - rather small round Porcius separated.
