Liver sauce

Ingredients
500 g pork liver
50 g butter
2 tbsp flour
on top of tsp pepper
on a knife ginger
pinch of marjoram
salt
500 ml water
Method
Washed Black Cancer is boiled in water. Once cool, grate big part of the planer. Prepare a light roux from the butter and flour, pour the water and added spices. The sauce boil a few minutes, after which it is put grated cancer. Simmer for 5-6 minutes. Serve with cooked (steamed) potatoes or dumplings.

will certainly tasty. I do not like too cooked liver, so I'll try it with fried.

When boiled, the whole dish it as a sauce. But why not with fried liver! I am confident that it will be delicious. Thanks Vesi proposal! And write the result when you try.

Yes Ina, and so I imagined that it as a sauce. But I want to feel the liver :), so I'll do it first with fried and then cooked with, and will finally see how it would be nice :)

I did it with boiled liver and became super - as thick gras soup, cut a little onion in the sauce. Quickly and easily. Try it and you.
