Ingredients
6 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup yogurt
2 and 1/2 cup flour
rind of 1 lemon
3 vanilla

Method
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Egg yolks, sugar and milk are broken gently to melt the sugar. Add gradually shortening, then the flour. Egg whites are broken down into the snow and add to the mixture along with lemon zest and vanilla. Bake in a moderate oven.

Great get cake, yogurt instead of sour cream put, but with yogurt sure is delicious ... and sprinkled it with chocolate sticks :)
