Ingredients
750 g flour
2 cup milk
100 ml sunflower oil
3 tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt
1 egg + 1 egg white
10 g of dry yeast
# For the filling:
feta cheese
salami
yolk spreads

Method
On products interfere dough for pita. Leave to rise. To make small balls (maybe more golemichki). Each ball is stretched slightly with hands so that they can put stuffing inside. After putting the filling, the dough is pinched so as to be completely closed in order not to leak the filler. Lining in an oiled dish, as the place where the dough is closed to bottom. Brushed with egg yolk. Can sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the cold oven to 200 C. Once removed, cover with a cloth to soften the scabs them.

Taze night made them become great, and I got pictures. I made them some of them with minced meat and other pumpkin-shred it and choked with a little sugar, it was very tasty. Bravo, very well received! :)
