Ingredients
          600 g veal or beef fillet - piece
          2 sprigs thyme
          2 sprigs of sage
          2 sprigs rosemary
          bay leaf 2
          2 cloves garlic
          2 tbsp sunflower oil
          salt, pepper

          Method
              The leaves of sage, thyme and rosemary are cut into very small pieces or crushed. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fillet to add some good in herbs. In a pan heat the oil and fry the fillets on all sides. Place the tenderloin in a baking dish and put it around stethe base of herbs, bay leaf and crushed garlic not stripped. Cover with foil and bake in preheated moderate oven until ready.

sounds, and you seem pretty tasty and fragrant. Beef fillet hard to find, but you can try and pork, why not chicken. Emir put a little water or broth as it cooks?
I did I made with beef, which put a lot of juice and I did not add. Can put a little broth as you do not stick to the baking pan:-) or the meat is packaged whole in foil and bake so.
