Ivar - II type

Ingredients
10 kg red peppers
3 kg eggplant
600 ml sunflower oil
salt

Method
Peppers are washed, cleaned of bolls and nice to Shake the seeds roasted and peeled. Allow to stand slanted tray to drain for about 1 hour from the dark juice. Wash eggplant and roasted whole, peeled and it is left to drain as peppers. Grind Outcast Lever meat. In court, which will boil pour the oil and warm it up, then send down minced meat vegetables. Boil until thickened much while stirring. Ivar is ready when the trail left by the stirrer slowly closes after her. Add salt to taste and collect in dry jars. Sterilize 20 minutes. * In the Republic of Macedonia Ivar typical appetizer for brandy or smeared on toast is served at any time of day, with or without feta cheese.

Buci, looks very tasty and has nothing to do with poisonous-orange color of store-bought ajvar. Moreover store-bought'm not never tried another. Will have to reduce product and give it a try. I like eating right! :-))
