Buterki with apples and raisins

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
2 apples
100 g raisins
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 egg
powdered sugar

Method
The dough is cut into not very large squares. At one end of each square put the filling, prepared by mixing grated apples, raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Squares are folded in two, the ends are pressed well with fingers. Put them in a baking dish and smeared with beaten egg. Bake in preheated oven to 200 ° C. Ready sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I did 4 buterki. In filling put ground walnuts and biscuits. Very very delicious.
