1 kg pumpkin, cut into cubes
1 cup sugar
1 cup Water
roasted walnuts, coarsely chopped

The sugar is caramelized in a pot on the stove and then add 1 cup hot water, taking care because sprayed. Stir until the caramel is dissolved. Diced pumpkin ranks in the pan, pour with caramel syrup, sprinkle with a little sunflower oil and bake in very hot oven about 20-30 minutes. Before presenting sprinkle with coarsely chopped roasted walnuts.
