Meatloaf Greek

Ingredients
500 g pork
500 g beef
1/2 cup sunflower oil or olive oil
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion
1/3 cup ml dry white wine
1 tomato
parsley, oregano, pepper, salt
5 eggs

Method
Knead the dough from minced meat, the oil, bread crumbs, one egg, finely cut onions, wine, grated tomato and spices. Spread the mixture on baking paper, ordering four eggs (pre-cooked) in length and wrap roll, as close edges of the paper. Place in greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 40 minutes. Then pull the baking paper and sprinkle with a little bread crumbs (optional with grated cheese) and continue baking another 5-10 minutes.
