Chicken with blue cheese and mushrooms

Ingredients
chicken white meat (chicken)
150 g canned mushrooms
100 g blue cheese
250 g cooking cream
1 cup white wine
100 g cheese
salt, pepper
sunflower oil or butter
Method
Cut the white meat into small pieces and fry in a little sunflower oil (butter). Add the mushrooms to the pan and pour the wine. Let boil until tender meat, moderate stove. Add blue cheese (broken hand) and cream and stir with a wooden spoon until a homogeneous mixture. Last add the grated cheese and turn off the heat. When the cheese is melted, we can serve.
