Ingredients
1 small fresh cabbage
4-5 tomatoes
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp red pepper
salt

Method
Cabbage cut into strips, add salt, triturated and put to stew with sunflower oil, stirring frequently and occasionally pour a little hot water. Soften the cabbage put paprika. In a pan put half of the cabbage and cover with slices of tomato. Salt and put the rest on top of cabbage. Complete with tomato rings. Salt and pepper and sprinkle 2-3 tbsp sunflower oil and bake in a moderate oven.
