Fondue of Neuchatel

Ingredients
400 g feta cheese Gruyere or Parmesan
200 g feta cheese Emmental
300 ml white wine
100 ml vishnovka
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp corn starch
1 clove garlic
grated nutmeg
pepper
4 cup white bread bites

Method
Prepare a deep bowl with a handle made of enamelled iron or glazed ceramics. Bottom of the vessel is rubbed with a clove of garlic. Pour in the wine and lemon juice. The feta cheese grate (may be cut into very thin). Put it in wine and put on fire. Separately mix vishnovkata and starch was added and the feta cheese, stirring continuously. Season with pepper and nutmeg. The mixture is boiled until smooth, stirring continuously. In the original prescription container with fondue moved from stove spirit lamp on the table on which the mixture continues to simmer. Can be used tourist gas stove or a small electric. Everyone takes bread with fork and dip in your cheesy mixture.

Very tasty, ideal for long zasedyavaniya. There are also special dishes for K & # 228; sefondue, which resembles that kind of meat fondue, but another material. Super recipe!

Very good recipe! I fondue, ceramic bowls with additional, which is heated with a special gel, and so I tried several recipes for cheese fondue, but this recipe is really very nice! My applause, first recipe for fondue and second for the recipe itself!

Fondue made with cherry brandy, not cherry liqueur. If it was a vishnovka would be colored in pink:-)

sponsors gave me for Christmas fondue and should be tried. I invite them to visit them for the handset. I will do in this recipe.
