Spaghetti with clams and cream sauce

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti
2 onions
1 small head of garlic
seasoning for fish of your choice
1 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp olive oil
400 g sour cream
parsley
1 pm .ch. white wine
400 g mussels
feta cheese Parmesan and / or cheese
Method
In a deep skillet stew in olive oil chopped onion and then add the chopped garlic. You begin to redden pour the wine, add the clams, season to taste and sugar. Wait to thicken, stirring almost constantly. If the sauce is sour add more sugar, and pour the cream. As a boil again, reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes, again stirring occasionally. Serve sprinkled with parsley, feta cheese Parmesan and / or cheese and sauce on spaghetti. Consumed with white wine or beer.
