Lamb with dock

Ingredients
750 g lamb
5 handfuls (1 kg) dock
15-20 sprigs fresh onion
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
100 g butter
2-3 sprigs of mint
Method
The meat is cut into pieces and fry in preheated oil with chopped onion. Add the flour and paprika and stir a few times. Pour coarsely chopped rhubarb and also stew until tender. Pour over the warm water, add salt and simmer a few minutes on low heat. Pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with finely chopped mint and bake in the oven.
