300 ml milk

20 g starch
100 g sour cream
50 g chocolate
# For the filling:
3 bananas
1/3 cup sugar
30 g butter
# For glaze:
100 ml milk
1/3 cup sugar
60 g butter
30 g cocoa

Method
First prepare the cream, because you need to cool down. To boil milk with sugar solution in a little milk starch. Stir until thickened. Remove from heat and add the crushed chocolate. Once melted, add the cream and stir until uniform. Cake batter mix with sequence as a product. In a buttered and dusted with flour cakes form pour half the cake batter. Place a half of cream. Arrange caramelized in the butter and sugar bananas. Top put the other half of the cream. Cover with remaining cake batter. Bake at 180 C 25-30 minutes and checked for readiness. Prepare glaze, all products are cooked over low heat 5 minutes. Cool cake smeared with warm glaze.

For quite some time I am going to make this cake yesterday it was the turn. The taste is just magical. Gently prepekoh top and cutting sag inward. So it spoil its appearance, but is otherwise unique taste. I forgot to do his glaze, in his haste to try :).
