Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
2 cup rice
1 onion
spices of your choice, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, salt

Method
Potatoes are sliced ​​and blanched in salted water for 5 minutes. Rice fry with onions and spices, pour water and leave to simmer until almost.
