Chicken or orache spinach

Ingredients
800 g - 1 kg chicken
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2-3 onions or 1 bunch fresh
1 tbsp tomato puree or 2-3 tomatoes
1 tbsp flour (1 tbsp toasted flour)
1 tsp paprika
800 g - 1 kg salt bush (spinach)
yogurt

Method
I option - Well the washed chicken cut into portions and boiled. Chopped onion stew gently in the oil, add well cleaned, washed and coarsely chopped salt bush (spinach) and also stew. Add the tomato puree (or smashed or chopped tomatoes), fuzzy with toasted flour in a little cold water and boiled meat, and if necessary, a bit of broth. Dovaryava dish on low heat. II variant - Well the washed chicken cut into portions, dry and fry evenly on all sides in the heated sunflower oil. Remove and in the same oil lightly stew chopped onion. Sprinkle flour and after slightly browned add the tomato puree (tomatoes) and finally red pepper. Pour a little hot broth and add the meat. Simmer. cleaned, washed and chopped salt bush (spinach) is added to the dish after the meat has softened. Simmer for ten minutes. The dish can be served with yogurt.

Tony, I'm glad you liked it. This year I had plenty of salt bush and did a lot of dishes with it. Recipe can be used and frozen spinach.

Really perfect.

Give thanks! Usually do so lean stew with spinach, but this time I decided to make an attempt and chicken and salt bush and get the upper dish.
