Rolls of minced meat (Mititey)

Ingredients
500 g of beef
1 clove garlic
pinch of pepper
salt
Method
The meat is ground twice with grinding machine, add the crushed garlic, salt, pepper, 3 tbsp (30 ml) hot water and izmesva well, then make meatballs, 6 cm long. Spread with sunflower oil and bake in a strong grill. Serve with pieces of spicy pepper.

The whole family love this country mititeite are very nice when preparing the previous day, with carbonated water as you take the minced meat and are very juicy. Carbonated water.
