Ingredients
200 g of boiled peas
200 g corn
3 hard boiled eggs
100 g cow feta cheese
100 g feta cheese Gouda, Edam cheese or
olives with peppers
# For the sauce:
250 g sour cream
250 g light mayonnaise
2-3 tbsp white wine - Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dill
thyme

Method
Alternate into a cocktail glass layers - peas, grated feta cheese, corn, shredded egg white, olives, shredded cheese. Bays with sauce stir well cream, wine, mayonnaise and spices. Sprinkle with yolk. Optional can all mix and not to put it in layers.
