Ingredients
12 ready pancakes
# For the cream vanilla:
5 yolks
150 g sugar
40 g flour
pinch of salt
1 vanilla
500 ml milk
# For the filling:
50 ml cognac
300 g pineapple sliced ​​
150 g sugar
250 ml orange juice
6 tbsp sour cream
Method
Cream is made as follows: Mix the egg yolks and sugar until they become white, then add the flour. Put on low heat milk to a boil with the salt and vanilla, then add it to the mixture, gently stirring constantly. Leave prepared on low heat until it thickens. Put a pancake in court, which will be served cake. Put on top of the cream. Spray with 1 tsp brandy and put circles or in small pieces chopped pineapple.
