Ingredients
chocolate (white and brown)
# For the cream:
400 ml cream
500 ml milk
8 yolks
1 tbsp orange juice
1 orange
150 g zhar
sheet of 2 oranges

Method
Take foil and wrap it with glass or metal cups or small bowls of your choice. Water bath melts chocolate. Using the blade is coated with wrapped foil cup with melted chocolate. Arrange in pan upside down and leave in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Orange is squeezed, and the sheet grated finely. Egg yolks with the sugar crash. Once the sugar well add the orange juice, rind, essence, cream and milk. Crema is baked in a water bath for half an hour in a preheated oven. Allow to cool. Once the chocolate is wrapped, carefully take out the cups and fthe oil separated. Finished chocolate cups filled with cream cooled down and garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.
