Many delicious muffins. We'll do a few more doses!

I made muffins without topping and again were very tasty. Great recipe - will soon do it again!

And if they would become with other fruits - I quite frozen raspberries?

And I'm interested if anyone has done them with frozen fruit ...

I've done with frozen blueberries, like the picture of miserablexdream. Let them thaw in the strainer, then they roll out of paper towels for a few minutes and ready. For raspberries, I can say that in general are much more sensitive and easily kashvat, I think that the agitation will crumble. It is better to ramrazish, but do not put them in the dough. Fill baking pans with dough and impaled raspberries one by one directly on site. So you prevent you crumble and zaboyadisat dough.

Thank Aliana :) - will try and share the result - clearly :)

What is the role of that topping that is put on top? I made them muffins ... but they never puffed, spilled sideways in the form and merged, I have the feeling that *topping* above them *stopped*, I hope at least taste to have received.

recipe is nice, but I had some failures with baking - preheating obviously came pretty and temperature of 200 degrees - too. Next time I'll roast them at 180 degrees and raised grate of the oven. I made muffins frozen chokeberry and get better.

Photos - next time :) Now eatable, but not for watching ...
