Chicken soup milk

Ingredients
1/2 (400 g) chicken
1-2 (100 g) carrots
1/2 head (30 g) celery
10 peppercorns
1 cup (200 ml) milk
2 tbsp (20 ml) white wine
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
parsley
crushed pepper
salt
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour

Method
Chicken pour 6-7 cups cold water and boiled with carrots and celery, cut into cubes, black pepper and salt to taste. Broth strain, and the meat is separated from the bones and cut into small pieces. In fat stew the chopped onion with flour, then pour the broth, wine and milk. To the soup, bring to the boil, add the meat. After downloading it from the fire soup sprinkled with crushed black pepper and chopped parsley.

Very tasty soup out. I put a cube. Drinking. broth into the water for strong drink. taste :)

It is really delicious, but I added a handful of vermicelli end.
