Marmalade mulberry

Ingredients
5 kg mulberry
1.5 kg sugar
Method
Cleaning and washing fruits are passed through a meat grinder or crush with a wooden spoon, if very ripe. Boiled with 500 ml water on medium heat with constant stirring. Add sugar and boil to thicken. Packed in jars, sealed with caps and sterilized for 5-10 minutes.

Doody (fruit of the mulberry tree) is one of my favorite. But unfortunately did not sell it anywhere. Does anyone have any idea where to buy? I know that now is not the season, but next year will still be my favorite so delicious and this fruit.

Asya could possibly find on so on.. *Female markets* in the market days. Once there were many mulberry trees, especially when watching silkworms. Then they izposekoha. Is already difficult to find. The easiest way is to leverage from a tree. A marmalade is delicious!

Thank you Ina, Probavala'm looking for *women's market*, but without success. However, I hope be able to find and buy and try to make marmalade and we offer.
