Berkeley soda pita stuffed with spinach and rice

Ingredients
# For the pita:
500 g flour
400 g yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 egg
# For the filling:
1/2 cup Rice
500 g spinach
2 leeks

Method
First prepare the stuffing as follows: Boil the rice in salted water until ready. Fry the leeks and spinach is until tender. Remove from heat and add them to the cooked rice and salt. After filling cool spread on the bottom of the pan with a diameter of 26 cm. It was poured onto the dough for the pita, prepared in the following way: at first the yoghurt is added soda, then the salt, egg and the oil . Finally add the flour. A soft sticky dough by stirring with a spoon. Bake in preheated oven at 220C. Once cooled down the pita cut into pieces, which in turn served with stuffing up.
